These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of this website and any purchase made from it. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. About us

This Site is owned and operated by DPHNO Farms LLP, an LLP registered under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008, having its registered office at 06 Bashte Plaza, Udyam Nagar Road, Ratnagiri, Maharashtra 415612, India. D-O-N is a brand owned by DPHNO Farms LLP.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to place an order.

3. Products, pricing & availability

• All product descriptions, weights, pack sizes and images are indicative. Natural variations in colour, aroma and taste are inherent to single-ingredient dehydrated foods.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. MRP is printed on the pack.
• We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
• Stock is limited; we reserve the right to limit quantities per customer.

4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we accept the order by dispatching the goods. We may decline an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unavailability of stock, incorrect pricing or non-serviceable pincode.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through PayU and, where available, Cash on Delivery. You represent that any payment instrument used belongs to you and has sufficient funds. Failed or disputed payments may result in cancellation.

8. B2B / Distributor / Retailer terms

• Wholesale/B2B pricing (distributor / retailer margins) is available only to accounts that have been verified and role-assigned by us.
• B2B orders are not eligible for consumer discount coupons.
• Distributor/Retailer commissions and rate cards are governed by a separate agreement executed between the parties.

9. Intellectual property

The D-O-N mark, logo, pack designs, product photography, copy and site content are the property of DPHNO Farms LLP and/or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished or distributed without our prior written consent.

10. User conduct

• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
• Do not upload or transmit anything that is defamatory, obscene, infringing or harmful.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, servers, or user data.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DPHNO Farms LLP's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to any order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DPHNO Farms LLP against any loss, cost or claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ratnagiri, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
